TNT EWC did not die, it still has all other business divisions (express delivery etc.) and it’s up and running. Does TNT Group have a separate EWC still? If this is the case then the CEVA is a new EWC that makes reference to the TNT EWC agreement probably, correct – when the TNT sold its logistcis division, the Dutch works’ council (or, let’s say, the EWC select committee) obtained TNT EWC received written guarantees from the TNT / CEVA management that after the spin-off from TNT there will be an EWC in CEVA , whose agreement will be similat with the TNT one (TNT EWC continues to exist).
