Title: France: publication of the decree on the composition of the Special Negotiating Body and of the EWC established without an agreement
Memo:
On November 1st, Decree No. 2011-1414 on the composition of the Special Negotiating Body and of the EWC was published in the Official Journal. Thus, France is completing the transposition of Directive 2009/38 (recast) on EWCs, which started with the ordinance published on October 21th. (Ref. 110661)
