Title: EU: interview of Alejandro Cercas, Member of the European Parliament and author of the legislative initiative report on restructurings

On June 20, MEP Alejandro Cercas (S&D) presented his draft resolution to his colleagues from the European Parliament's Committee on Employment and Social Affairs, asking the European Commission to legislate on a European framework for restructurings. In an interview granted to Planet Labor, he explains this initiative which could drive the Commission to adopt minimum rules to manage restructurings, or publicly explain the reasons for its refusal.
