29 January 2008) The EWC of Gas de France has sent a letter to the European Commission demanding a revision of the Directive. It notes that had the Directive included better and clearer formulated information and consultation rights, the EWC would not have had to drag the company to Court as it would known its obligations. The Letter further stresses the role of facilities and the role played by (European) tarde unions.
