(October 1, 2008) The SNB of ENEL met to consider further proposals and changes to the EWC agreement. It reached agreement on a number of issues such as the definition of information and consultation. A number of other subjects are still outstanding including the number of representatives on the EWC and the Steering Committee.
The EWC will meet again early November and is expected to finalise the agreement.
