Suez EWC demands consultation and more information on reorganisation Services
The merger between Gdf and Suez will also lead to a merger between the energy services companies, principally Elyo/Fabricom/GTI and Cofathec. The EWC discussed this and adopted a statement on 24 October. It asks to be better informed and that consultations will continue on the implementation of the mergers. Please find the statement.
