The European social partners, who helped with the final adoption of the revised EWC directive, would like to still have a say in its interpretation by national governments. Present in the group experts made up of the Labor Administrations of the 27 Member States to help with a coherent transposition in the EU, they sent, on June 14th, in preparation for this meeting, a letter to the European Commission where they give their point of view regarding the information of European organizations on the beginning of new bargaining sessions to establish an EWC as well as on the fate of existing agreements.
