2011 collective negotiations are almost over, with a few major sessions left by the end of the year in the rubber industry, paper industry and, most importantly, steel industry in November. Long-awaited, the outcome of negotiations in this sector, which employs 101,900 people, should serve as a reference for major collective negotiations in 2012. In total, 9.1 million will be affected by the renewal of collective agreements next year.
