This September, the social partners determined, during the meeting of the tripartite committee (unions-employers-government) on September 12-13, their working program: maximum duration of fixed-term contracts, determining the reference period for the calculation of working time, telework, union representativeness or even the transposition of the parental leave directive will be subject to debate in the coming months.
