Romanian unions and employers asked the Emil Boc administration, on Tuesday, to revive social dialogue, which they feel is broken after recent legislative developments and the delay in implementing some reforms passed before the summer. They notably deplore the fact that sectors are not defined, even though they are necessary to launch conventional activities at that level, which should counterbalance the removal of collective bargaining at national level.
