The draft agreement was concluded, on September 29th, between Feique, the chemical employers' organization, and Fiteqa-CCOO, the chemistry federation of Workers' Commissions - the sector's key union. However, it was rejected by FITAG-UGT, second largest union in the sector, because of the wage review modalities. This is going to limit the scope of the agreement. The new collective agreement, which will affect 250,000 employees, will be ratified on October 18th, for two years. (Ref. 110587)
