At least 400 sectoral collective agreements have been frozen for several years. Therefore, the UGT and Workers' Commissions (CCOO) unions and the CEOE and Ceypme employers' organizations signed an agreement to put an end to this collective bargaining paralysis. The agreement will pave the way for the negotiation of an interconfederal agreement on pay restrain in 2012-2015. (Ref. 110635)
