On October 10, the Ministry of Social Affairs revealed the results of two surveys dedicated to the current state of labor relations in Estonia. Both surveys are about the same five themes (employee involvement, collective agreements and bargaining, collective labor disputes, strikes and lockout and employee representativeness) but one is on the private sector and the other is on the public sector. The idea behind these studies, based on numerous interviews, is to X-ray the situation and think about the possibility of updating labor law. (Ref. 110692)
