Public sector unions have decided to press ahead with plans for a national strike on 30 November in spite of a series of concessions on pension reforms from the government. No less than 25 unions, representing 3 million workers, will mobilize at the end of the month, for the biggest strike in the UK in generations, and the first political strike ever.
