On November 3, workers at Luxottica, world leader in luxury prescription frames, unanimously approved the agreement signed on October 14 with the sector's unions - Filctem-CGIL, Femca-Cisl and Uilta-Uil - and the group's unitary trade union representation bodies. Affecting nearly 8,000 workers, this agreement introduces, on an experimental basis, a bank of hours for workers who are planning on having a baby and a system of "family job sharing." (Ref. 110727)
