The CCOO and UGT union organizations and the CEOE and CEPYME employers' organizations signed, yesterday February 7, an agreement reviewing the public mediation and arbitration system (SIMA) for collective disputes. This 5th review of the interconfederal agreement introducing the system notably aims to allowing appeal to alternatives dispute settlement systems in case of disagreements arising during company negotiations or the consultation of workers on the introduction of flexible measures. This review should also help boost sectoral bargaining. (Ref. 120091)
