To keep the company in Italy, Sisme employees will contribute to saving EUR 700,000 if the plan "for a substantial productivity increase" negotiated with the trade unions, isn't enough to get the million the management requested to invest 5 million to revive production. This is the outcome of a "historical" agreement signed by all the trade unions and approved by workers in early February. (Ref. 120130)
