The UGT and CCOO union federations in the banking industry announced that they signed, with the AEB banking employers' organization, the outline of a draft agreement on the new collective agreement 2011-2014. The social partners say the text improves the framework of social bargaining to better face the sector's restructuring and new legal changes. (Ref. 120132)
