On February 24, the Council of Ministers approved the transposition of Directive 2008/104 on temporary work, thus guaranteeing "equal treatment" and facilitating access to work for people who are distant from the labor market. Indeed, the decree removes the obligation to justify appeal to temporary work for social damper recipients and other 'underprivileged' workers. (Ref. 120138)
