At the end of January, the surprise announcement of the takeover of Putzmeister, German SME with 3,000 employees and one of the world's leaders in concrete pumps, by Sany, Chinese manufacturer of construction machinery, threw great turmoil among employees and the region of Baden-Württemberg. However, the 1,200 German employees are not worried anymore. Indeed, the IG-Metall and the new management signed, on April 12, a model collective agreement.
