"We want to secure our competences" explained the CEO of Volvo AB Group, Olof Persson, when presenting, on April 3, his vocational training project for young jobseekers. The group wants to make sure that it will have trained employees available when required by future industrial production. Together with the National Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen), the group is also thinking about a one-year theoretical and practical training course for young jobseekers. (Ref. 120307)
