The chemistry and energy federations of the CGIL, Cisl and Uil - Filctem, Femca, Flaei and Uilcem - approved, on June 6-8, unitary platforms for the renewal of collective agreements, which will expire on December 31, in chemistry-pharmacy, rubber-plastic, energy-oil, and gas-electricity. Joint claims include involving employees in the company's strategic choices, stabilizing employment, improving social policies and increasing wages by 7-9 percent. (Ref. 120380)
