The Post's management and the CFDT, CFTC, CFE-CGC/Unsa and FO French unions signed, on June 20, a new profit-sharing agreement for 2012-2014. The agreement introduces a new criterion for calculating profit sharing, related to the quality of life at work. The CGT and SUD unions refused to sign, criticizing the criteria with which mailmen have no say in case of group restructuring. (Ref. 120430)
