On July 10, BNP Paribas signed an employment management agreement for Europe with two European trade unions, FECEC (European Federation of Credit Establishment Managerial Staff) and UNI, and with members of the EWC office. This agreement, BNP Paribas's first European agreement, defines joint rules and methods for the entities of the group, present in the 20 countries represented within the EWC as regards the involvement of employee representatives at all levels about the evolution of employment and principles of social support in case of major organizational changes.
