After "long, arduous negotiations," the Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl Trasporti, Orsa, and Fast unions and the Federtrasporto/Agens and Ancp employers' organizations signed, on June 28, an agreement renewing the collective agreement for rail operations. The same day, FS Group renewed its company agreement. these agreement contain the joint rules determined in 2010 at the Ministry of Transportation providing all workers with social protection and basic working conditions during the changes the transportation industry is going through. Therefore, the rail social partners are the first to bring the renewal of their CCN in lien with this future "National Mobility Collective Agreement." At the same time, in local public transport, employers' block has led to several strikes with a high turnout. (Ref. 120464)
