After three months negotiating, Alenia Aermacchi signed, on July 12, an agreement with the Fiom-CGIL, Fim-Cisl and Uilm-Uil unions, the local structures and its Unitary trade union representation bodies (RSU) amending the parameters for calculating the result bonus, making it "simple and transparent," and flexible working time. This agreement is in line with the enforcement, on January 1, 2012, of the company's new statuses after the merger between Aermacchi Spa and Sia SpA with Alenia Aeronautica Spa. Notably in line with the understanding on the restructuring and recovery program of November 8, 2011, the agreement aims to establish a collective incentive system, more consistent with the company's current economic and financial situation. It also aims to improve the link with the 2012-2014 objectives, notably reviving competitiveness and customer trust, banking on performance through compliance with delivery times, costs and expected quality.
