95 percent of the employee representatives of HP's EWC voted, in July, the termination of the anticipation agreement establishing the European representation structure. This initiative is obviously aimed to bring HP's future EWC in line with Directive 2009/38 which enhances employee representatives' prerogatives. Now, with the current state of law, we will see if this strategy will pay off. (Ref. 120480)
