Layoff programs are back and, with them, the debate on the employment and competitiveness agreements, which started before the Presidential election. Three of PSA Sevelnord's four unions (CFE-CGC, FO and SPI-GSEA) signed, on July 26, an agreement on adapting working conditions, sustaining employment and development. This should lead to greater flexibility in terms of working time in return for job security for three years, which may be renewed for two years. (Ref. 120489)
