On July 19, GDF Suez Energia Italia Spa, the Filctem-CGIL, Femca-Cisl, Flaei-Cisl and Uilcem Uil unions and the Unitary Workplace Representation Structure (RSU) signed a new industrial relations protocol. Currently, the group applies two national collective agreements, that of the power sector and that of the gas-water industry. The new agreement defines the levels and content of social dialogue and negotiations within the group, committing the signing parties to defining the union representation system by the end of the year.
