On September 6, Saint-Gobain Group and the CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, CGT and FO union organizations signed an agreement on diversity. In order to set diversity as a key component of human resources and social dialogue practices, the agreement focuses on three priority axes: supporting the integration of profiles from sensitive urban zones, adopting a voluntary, proactive approach taking account of the integration and attendance of disability in the company, or even strengthening and valuing the presence of women.
