The IRES, the French Institute for Economic and Social Research, dedicated its latest special issues to the three pillars of employee participation - EWCs, European company, transnational company bargaining. To report on and highlight evolutions, several researchers specialized in these issues contributed. Isabel da Costa and Udo Rehfelt, respectively senior researcher CNRS-IDHE, ENS Cachan, and IRES researcher, coordinated the study and agreed to answer Planet Labor's questions on the state of employee participation in Europe.
