Indra, the leading multinational technology company in Spain (and among the top technology companies in Europe and Latin America), is committed to diversity in the workplace. As part of its diversity policies, it recently launched a program called "Women and Leadership". The program started in the second half of 2012 and will be fully operational by the beginning of 2013. This program aims to encourage gender-balance at the top executive positions within the company by promoting women's visibility and leadership and applies in the countries where the company operates.
