After months bargaining, the Communication Workers Union (CWU), which represents some Santander employees, is recommending that its members accept the group's new draft agreement. According to the union, this text, "Santander Integration Phase 2," meets both of its claims. On the one hand, it provides for a remuneration increase. On the other, it introduces a classifying structure introducing national wage increase systems for all employees for the first time. Employees have until December 21 to vote. (Ref. 120749)
