Nearly nine months after the labor reform came into force, Salvador de Rey and Fernando Moreno, two lawyers respectively President and Director of the Cuatrecasas Institute for Legal Strategy on Human Resources established a report on the way the new law is being used and the impact it has on collective bargaining. They point out that collective bargaining has been boosted and wage moderation increasing, but that little progress has been made as regards internal flexibility or recruitment practices and training for young people.
