Luxembourg was the last country. By permanently adopting the law transposing Directive 2009/38 into national law on December 18, the MPs brought their legislation in line with Community law, one year and a half after the deadline for transposing the directive. The text is almost the same as the directive except that it doesn't include the definition of transnational matters and that it increase training rights for employees' representatives. (Ref. 120760)
