The Spanish subsidiary of the appliance multinational Electrolux faced an adverse business situation in 2010. However, the company rose to the challenge and ultimately took a turn for the better thanks to the project "Passion for Growth - P4G" which the group introduced in all its European subsidiaries to make things better. After two years, positive results are visible. This project just received the "Tea-Cegos & Team and Talents" award for the best human resources practices in the category of organizational management and consulting.
