The Dutch subsidiary of Capgemini, the computing group, wants to negotiate substantial pay cuts with 400 employees. At the same time, other businesses in the sector (Ordina and Atos) also announced that they were planning on cutting wages. According to the Het Financieele Dagblad economic daily, Capgemini is part of a trend which isn't new but about which companies barely communicated. (Ref. 130014)
