In Liege, the steel industry is overheating again. Although it seemed like things were cooling off, another break has occurred between the management and unions at ArcelorMittal Liège. Unions refused to sign the agreement on early retirement on Monday morning because there were no guarantees on the industrial future. They reminded the management that it had signed a method agreement providing for the signing of a global agreement including the social and industrial chapters.
