The extraordinary congress of the Uil's two federations, Uilcem and Uilta, in Fiuggi on January 24-25, voted their merger into a single textile, energy and chemistry federation, Uiltec. Paolo Pirani, Uil confederal secretary, became the general secretary. (Ref. 130082)
