On January 30, Carrefour Italia and the Filcams-CGIL, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil unions signed an agreement renewing the company agreement. It was signed after tough negotiations after the group terminated the 2011 company agreement. Unions claim this new agreement contains most of the provisions of the agreement that was terminated. Besides, it defines the parameters for the new "variable productivity bonus." Signed between March 1, 2013 and the end of February 2016, it affects nearly 20,000 workers, who still have to endorse it. (Ref. 130093)
