Negotiations have begun in the manufacturing, the leading sector in renewing collective collective agreements. Industry trade union and employers' organisations have exchanged demands and disagree primarily on working time: the trade unions want a reduction in working hours, while employer organisations are calling for greater flexibility. The latter are holding up the agreement signed at Sandvik Material Technology, christened the "Sandvik model", as an example.
