On February 15, the Chairman of the group's EWC, representing the management, and the Italian secretary of the structure, signed a joint declaration on the quality of life at work. The declaration defines the group's guidelines on discrimination and equal opportunities, diversity and well-being at work (including stress and violence at work). The European undertakings of the group are responsible for implementing it in compliance with their national practices. (Ref. 130122)
