The 2012 report on the evolution of labor disputes in Germany, published by the WSI Institute of Economic and Social Research of the Hans-Böckler Foundation, shows that there was a major rise in social disputes in 2012. Thus, the number of people who went on strike was 6 times higher than in 2011. This could come from the major warning strikes in the metal industry and civil service. 2013 could also be full of social disputes. (Ref. 130141)
