The agreement renewing the company agreement for Società Italiana Bricolage, Briocenter Italia, Leroy Merlin Italia will run for two years instead of three (until December 31, 2014) because of the crisis the trade industry is going through and to test a new result-based bonus, the "progress bonus" for employees. It also 'improves' social policy and extends the range of subjects covered by social dialogue at national, local or site level. The workers are currently being consulted and the results should be known on March 15. (Ref. 130148)
