Tire manufacturer Michelin and unions signed an agreement introducing, at its Cuneo plant (nearly 2,100 employees), a work organization scheme fostering "reactivity" in the event of unexpected orders. For workers, this agreement maintains employment, after a year 2012 affected by short-time working (Cassa Integrazione).
