In 2005, SEUR, the leading company for urgent transport and integral logistics in Spain, conceived a "Welcome and Integration Plan" targeted at their new staff, as part of its talent retention/anti-turnover strategy. Applying its motto - "There is no second chance for a first impression" -, this program aims to fully integrate new employees in the company as quickly as possible, i.e. as soon as they get in touch with the company.
