Cargill: On 25 November 2014 the members of the Cargill Employee Team (CET) have officially terminated the Cargill Europe Association (CEA) agreement concluded on June 1996. The CET has come to the conclusion that a new European works council negotiated in accordance with the Directive 2009/38/EC would represent an important and positive development for the entire Group and its employees. The negotiation process has been launched and will be constantly monitored by EFFAT.
