The agreement intends for a 1.8% annual pay rise and permanent employment contracts for some 1,000 employees currently on temporary employment contracts. The agreement, negotiated solely by the UGT was approved by 53.5% of the site’s employees. The agreement needs the CCOO’s ratification on 12 December before its contents can be generally applied.
