The EFFAT Secretariat is pleased to present the EFFAT Template Agreement to establish a European Works Council. The text is based on a German type EWC and has been drafted to provide you with a good basis to start EWC negotiations. It needs of course to be adapted to each Transnational Company.
The agreement can be downloaded from the EWC portal, and is now available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Instructions to download the template can be found when following this link: http://www.effat.org/en/node/14498
