The two-year agreement intends for a HUF 30,000 (€97) raise in February 2017 and a further raise of the same amount in 2018. Workers will also receive a loyalty bonus from July 2017. The union was ready to organize strike action at the site. In mid-December Mercedes had signed an agreement with unions at the Kecskemét factory that intends for a 10% base salary rise for the next two years.
